Quality System

TENET is a flexible and responsive Company with a positive attitude to accommodating the changing needs of its customers and technology. We are committed to building lasting, productive relationships with our customers, suppliers and industry partners. Continual process improvement, investment in our staff and our quality systems registered to ISO 9001 and TickIT achieve this. TENET is an approved contractor to the UK MoD.

Tenet gained ISO 9001 registration, approved by TickIT, in 1997 and in July 2003, we demonstrated that the Quality System conformed to the requirements of ISO9001:2000. Our last reappraisal was held in July 2006 (certificate No.GB97/10337 issued by SGS United Kingdom Ltd.) and surveillance audits take place every 6 months.

The Company Quality Standards and Procedures comply with the requirements of ISO9001:2000 and ISO 9000-3. The Company has chosen to embrace the TickIT scheme and applies the TickIT guide as official guidance for software quality matters.

TENET's Quality Management System applies to all Company activities and is organised around the processes required for software development, maintenance and support.
